Ally & Jacob’s Proposal

The Best Coincidence

As I was wrapping up a Senior Session, I happened upon the scene of a excited/ nervous group setting up what looked like a proposal! I went up to Jacob and offered to take photos. He said yes and we both anxiously awaited the arrival of his soon-to-be spouse, Ally. When she walked into the park, I watched the nervousness from Jacob’s face wash away into pure excitement. I hid behind a rock as he got down on one knee and popped the question. She said yes!

I love these moments as a photographer. They weren’t my couple (at the time) but I could never pass up the opportunity to capture one of the happiest moments in someone’s life. A few months later I had the privilege of taking their first look & bridal photos. It was such a treat to be able to witness these moments of pure love. They are such a tender couple and I know they will have a happily ever after!!
