About Me
I would describe myself as an outgoing, energetic, Christ-follower, who LOVES puppies. I currently study Public Health at BYU which has brought me out to gorgeous Utah. Traveling with my husband is my favorite ever and hanging out with Carlie (: I have always been an extremely creative person, even though it seems totally opposite to my passion for Public Health! I fell in love with photography whilst working for a different wedding film and photo company in 2016. I also worked in the industry as a makeup artist but I just can't seem to stay away from my camera! I just love being a Wedding Photographer!!!

Values & Style
My Approach to Wedding Photography
Connection is super important to me. My absolute favorite part of being a wedding photographer is meeting my couples and being able to tell their love story. I feel that it is part of my job to help my couples be present with each other and enjoy their wedding day just as much as they love the photos. I truly believe that there is a time and place for posed and guided photos and I absolutely love taking them. That being said, I would never want to interrupt a special moment. I pride myself in being able to guide my couples in a way that will still allow for real raw emotions so that you don’t have to be plastering on a smile for 8 hours!!!
I also feel really strongly about having tried and true backup systems. Even if you don’t choose me, I strongly suggest finding a photographer that has these capabilities. It would be unfair to yourself to book a photographer that doesn’t prepare ways to preserve your photos!
I personally have three systems in place to make sure that if heaven forbid anything were to malfunction, you will still receive your wedding photos. 1. I bring two camera bodies, four lenses and eight batteries to each wedding. 2. I have selected a main camera body copies its photos onto two different SD cards, just in case one gets wet or corrupted i will still have your photos. 3. I backup your photos three different times. the first is as soon as your wedding is over while I am driving home. the second is onto my hard drive as soon as I am home and the third is on my computer until your images have been delivered
My Style
My style is true to color timeless photography. I love love love seeing wedding trends and during my six years as a wedding photographer I have seen so many. I think it is more important that you are able to look at your photos for a lifetime and still feel the same about them as when you first saw them. My goal is that you will be able to display your photos in your home and that you will be proud to show them off for years to come.

We will hop on the phone with you for a quick call or facetime to make sure we are a great fit for you!
2. Save the date
Once you are ready just let us know and we will send you a contract to secure your date! You will review it and pay your deposit and boom! We’ve made it official!
3. Begin the fun
Wedding planning can be stressful but it doesn’t HAVE to be. We help you along the way and tell you everything we know. Including help with your wedding timeline and tips for the most dreamy photos. You’ll hear from us often. Plus, we will schedule your next session and makeup trial!
4. Your Engagement Session
We will help you find the perfect location, outfits, & time for your next session! You will be able to relax and listen to Taylor Swift as Carlie applies your makeup and start to really feel like a bride!! When you are all glammed up, you’ll head over to hangout with me! Taking photos will feel easy (even if your fiancé usually feels awkward taking them) because we will guide you through it all. You’ll receive those photos in an online gallery and be able to share them however you’d like!
5. Finalizing the details
Once we are about 4 weeks out from your wedding we will hop on the phone again! We will make sure that you are totally prepared and feeling good about the plans we’ve been making together.
6. Boogie All Night
It’s your wedding day!! It’s our turn to make the plan you’ve made come to life. While Carlie finishes your makeup- I will be capturing your wedding details and genuine moments with the people you’ve chosen to surround you on your special day! As the day goes on, I will make sure to get all the classic wedding day shots that every couple wants as well as the emotional and unique moments of your special day. I will party, celebrate and boogie with you all night long!
7. The Memories
You’ll receive sneak peeks in an online gallery within 48 hours after you’ve tied the knot. I love to send these quickly because the wait is definitely not the fun part. Around 6-8 weeks later, you’ll have hundreds of gorgeous photos from your wedding and be able to relieve the magic for years to come.

Carlie and I started our business together while planning both of our weddings! We met more than six years ago out in North Carolina and we are blessed to be out here in Utah together. She is the best makeup artist I know and has the biggest heart. She even did my makeup for my bridals, wedding day, and my reception. I felt like the most beautiful bride! You will feel so confident and relaxed when you get your makeup done by her!!
